GMA’s Educational Show AHA! is Finalist in 2022 Prix Jeunesse International Festival

GMA’s educational program AHA! is finalist at the prestigious Prix Jeunesse International Festival 2022, joining shortlisted entries from 41 countries. Aside from being a finalist, the show will also be included in the festival catalogue 2021/2022 dubbed “Quality in Children’s TV Worldwide.” Considered as the Oscars of Children’s TV, the Prix Jeunesse International Festival is a bi-annual festival that aims to shine a spotlight on the world of outstanding television productions for children. It is organized by the Prix Jeunesse Foundation, which was established in 1964. This year’s theme is “Listen to Kids TV: The Power of Sound.” The awarding ceremonies will be held in Munich, Germany this June.

AHA! is GMA’s top-rated educational program for kids. The show shares amazing fun facts and trivia about a wide range of topics presented in a fun and entertaining manner. The program investigates the science behind every day and extraordinary concepts, and explains the stories behind fascinating and trending topics.

Host Drew Arellano (Drew’s Travel Adventure) expressed his gratitude to the Prix Jeunesse Foundation for recognizing the show and attributed this latest milestone to the entire AHA! team.

The show, which is now on its 12th year on air, has been recognized by various local award-winning bodies in the Philippines. Arellano has also received numerous awards as educational program host.
