| After two decades of magic, love, and power, with a community built on dreams and imagination, GMA Network continues the legacy with the highly anticipated return of its most iconic fantasy series, “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre,” which premiered last June 16, 2023.
According to Nielsen NUTAM TV Household Ratings, the pilot episode registered a 16.3% rating with 39% audience share.
The series introduces the new keepers of the brilyantes: Flamarra (Faith Da Silva), Deia (Angel Guardian), Adamus (Kelvin Miranda), and Terra (Bianca Umali), along with the villainous ice queen Mitena, portrayed by Rhian Ramos.
Sang’gre centers on Terra, a timid young woman who can talk to animals. Orphaned as a baby, she struggles with self-doubt until her 18th birthday, when she discovers her powers and learns she is the last princess of Encantadia—a hidden realm of magical beings. As an evil queen threatens both Encantadia and the mortal world, Terra must rise to protect them and fulfill her destiny. |
