Born To Shine

Born to Shine follows Jennie Sicat, a 19-year-old with a dream of becoming a P-pop idol, inheriting the musical talent of her mother, Minchie, whose own stardom was stolen by betrayal years ago. With the support of her father-figure, Perry, and best friend, Sebastian, Jennie secretly pursues her passion, mentoring two friends along the way and forming a viral music trio.

Her journey leads her to a P-pop bootcamp, where fierce rivalries emerge—most notably with Megan Halari, daughter of superstar Dara Halari. Amid sabotage, jealousy, and intense competition, Jennie rises with her friends to form the new girl group YUMI, confronting her past, her family’s secrets, and the possibility that her greatest rival is her own sister.
