GMA Network premiered The Fake Life last June 6, 2022, on its afternoon prime block. The series stars Ariel Rivera (Mulawin Vs. Ravena) as Jonathan, Beauty Gonzales (Stories From the Heart: Loving Miss Bridgette, I Can See You: Alternate) as Cindy, and Sid Lucero (The World Between Us, Bow of Justice) as Mark. Based on Nielsen Philippines NUTAM, it earned an average TV household rating of 9.9% during its pilot week.

Jonathan is a perfect father. He loves his two children and his wife, Cindy. He devotes all his time and effort to make sure they have a good life. He thinks he has everything he can ever want in life, but he is in for the worst surprise.

When he gets sick, Jonathan discovers through a medical exam that he is infertile. He could not possibly be the biological father of the children he loves.
