GMA Network premiered the suspense series Widow’s Web last February 28, 2022, on its Primetime block. The series is the story of four women who are caught up in a twisted murder that will entangle them in a web of secrets, mysteries, and deceit. It is top-billed by Carmina Villaroel (Stories from the Heart: The End of Us), Pauline Mendoza (All or Nothing), Ashley Ortega (Legal Wives) and Vaness Del Moral (Love of My Life). Based on Nielsen Philippines, the pilot episode earned a 10.4 % rating. It is currently in the top three most watched programs on Philippine TV.
Frank is wrongfully accused of murdering his boss, Xander. In an attempt to find the real killer and prove Frank’s innocence, his fiancè Elaine, goes undercover and applies for a job at Xander’s company.
