SYNOPSIS

Nathan is a closet gay man who marries Rachel because of pressure from his conservative family. Rachel and Nathan start a family with the birth of their daughter. However, Nathan is unhappy and feels trapped in this loveless marriage. He decides to fake his death. He goes abroad, takes his daughter with him, and undergoes sexual reassignment and facial feminization surgery to finally become a woman.

Rachel is devastated, thinking her husband and child died. She meets Gavin with whom she falls in love. Unfortunately, Gavin is engaged to a mysterious woman named Venus, a single mother with a six-year old daughter. Rachel feels that something isn’t quite right with Venus. Eventually, she finds out the truth: Venus is a transgender woman who is no other than her former husband, Nathan. The former husband and wife suddenly become rivals for Gavin’s love and the custody of their daughter.
